It is hard to imagine that only 15 years ago the Internet, as we understand it, did not exist, and that only 10 years ago most of us hadn’t even heard of it. Yet, today, it has dramatically changed the way that we shop, entertain ourselves, learn, teach, and even romance. As educators, in a time of rapid change, it is essential that we be alert to the environment that our children, and to a future that is becoming even more difficult to predict."
