Springville-Griffith Institute Central School District has partnered with Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES, Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation, numerous regional organizations, and area school districts to collect as many thoughts, opinions, and solutions as possible to ensure we're meeting the needs of our students.

The surveys target:

  • Social/Emotional Well-Being & Mental Health

  • Program Alignment Between Districts & E2CCB

  • Career/Educational Pathways for Life Beyond High School

  • Equity & Inclusion

  • Technology, Tools & Resources for Students

There are different surveys being administered to students, staff, and parents.

Survey for Parents

The survey will ask your opinion on questions ranging from social-emotional support and well-being, school environment, equity and inclusion, career and education pathways, and technology. Your answers will be used to improve the school experience for you and your child(ren). The school wants to hear from everyone, so your participation is very important but not required. It is voluntary and you can skip any question that you don’t want to answer. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and your responses are completely confidential. For this survey, please consider your experience in the school before schools were closed for COVID-19. If you have limited experience with your child’s school due to COVID-19, you may not be able to answer some of these questions. In that case, you can select the “I Don’t Know” option for those questions. If you have children who attend multiple schools, choose a school that you feel the most familiar with and answer all questions with that school in mind.  Please complete the parent survey by June 24, 2022.
