We are very excited to once again offer a wonderful variety of summer learning opportunities for our students made possible through federal COVID-19 funding at no cost to SGI district enrolled families. We are hoping that this time in the summer will help enrich the lives of our students and bring them a renewed joy and love of school. Registration will open on Monday, June 6 at 8 a.m. at sgisummergriffscamp2022.sched.com. Please register by Monday, June 13 at 12 p.m.
Please note:
Summer camps will run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning July 5th.
There are three 2 week sessions: Season One meets 7/5-7/14, Session Two meets 7/19-7/28 and Session Three meets 8/2-8/11
Camps will meet from 8:00 am - 11:00 am (morning) and 11:30 am - 2:30 pm (afternoon)
Transportation will be provided to morning and afternoon sessions with rides home for students at the end of the day (2:30) only.
Course offerings reflect the grade your child will be in for the 2022-23 school year. (I.e. If your child is in 3rd grade now, they will look for opportunities for 4th grade.)
Lunch will be provided for students who register for a morning and afternoon session.
Our summer enrichment program is an opportunity for all students to grow. It’s a benefit to be able to attend and we will not work through progressive discipline as we do during the school year on behavior problems. If your child has a behavior problem during the summer camps, your child will not be able to continue to participate.
