Springville Middle School 8th graders were honored on Thursday during the school's Recognition Ceremony. Art, technology, and music honors were awarded during the ceremony and 34 students received the President's Award for Educational Excellence, having met a minimum Grade Point Average of 90 in every quarter of all three years in middle school. A performance by 8th graders and members of the SMS faculty also performed during the ceremony.
