Hello SGI Families,
Over the past few summers, we’ve been privileged to offer our students engaging and educational summer enrichment opportunities through our summer program. These camps have been invaluable in providing additional learning opportunities outside of the regular school year, particularly as we pivoted out of the COVID pandemic. Unfortunately, with the Federal funds that allowed these camps to expire, we are unable to continue the SGI Summer Enrichment Camps for this summer. We understand the importance of summer enrichment and want to ensure that families have the time and opportunity to pursue other options in the community for summer 2024.
We remain committed to supporting our students’ academic growth and so we will be leveraging the remaining Federal funds to offer academic options for select students in grades K-8. If your child has been recommended for that program, a staff member from SGI will be reaching out with further details.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter and, once again, are grateful to have had the ability to bolster summer programming at SGI.
