The varsity girls basketball team saw their season come to an end last night in the Class A2 semifinal to Lewport by a score of 67-16. Despite the result, the girls showed a tremendous amount of heart and hustle, especially in the third quarter, when they held the opposition to 9 points scored.
The result doesn’t diminish the incredible season this special team put together. The girls won 8 of their last 11 games, finished in third place in a very tough D4, and made the Final Four. The team would like to thank their two favorite twins, Kailey and Chloe Lester, for their hard work and sacrifice for the girls basketball program as they are our two graduating seniors. Great season, ladies!!!!
