Dear S-GI Community,
On Tuesday, March 7, the Springville-Griffith Institute Board of Education awarded bids for the capital project that was passed by public vote in the fall of 2021.
Work will begin on the exterior of our schools, including the multi-sport athletic fields at Springville High School, beginning as early as this April. Work on the interior of the buildings will follow as soon as school ends in June.
This project will take approximately two years to complete and will conclude around August 2024. We will have a specific timeline for the project featured in the next Bulletin newsletter that will be mailed to homes in late March.
As superintendent, I want to sincerely thank this community for your continued support of our schools, and we look forward to seeing these improvements happening over the next couple of years!
