The arrest of one of our teachers and the subsequent media reports about that arrest have been jarring for our school community.  The employee who was arrested remains on administrative leave from work, and the district will continue to cooperate with law enforcement while they conduct their investigation.

While the allegations against the employee do not involve a district student and will be addressed via the legal system, situations like this one can be incredibly challenging -- particularly in a community as close knit as ours.   Therefore, the district very much wants our students and employees to be aware that there are counseling and other services available to them, if needed.  The district remains committed to providing comfort, care, and stability for those in our school community.   Anyone who feels they need assistance can contact our Student Services Staff in each building or the Employee Assistance Program.
