tech wars

On May 25, fourteen Springville technology students attended Tech Wars at ECC, where there were over 20 schools and well over 700 students in attendance.  The students competed in six events.

Chris Agle took 1st place in Mouse Trap Car challenge. Xander Rose also took a 1st place in the Rube Goldburg event. Jacob Lazarus had a 2nd place finish in the Computer Aided Machining event and a 3rd place finish in the Robo Ball event with Kevan Ridder.  Cameron Bugman took a 3rd in the Mouse Trap Car and Derik Rose took 3rd in the Bridge Building event. Cole Bowman and Max Sedza took 4th place and Tyler Neff and Nate Conner took 5th place in the VEX Robotic challenge. Also, William Goodremote, Ella Ploetz, Payton Good and Bradyn Termer all competed and did well in their events.
