Recently, we asked SGI families to give feedback on our November 1st Staff Day. The answer to the question "Should the District continue to schedule our Fall Professional Learning Day on November 1st if it falls on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday?" was overwhelmingly positive.
Of 233 respondents, 95.3% said yes to the question, many listing reasons like reducing stress on Halloween to get children to bed early. The 4.7% that were opposed favored a three-day weekend. For more details on feedback, please check out the informational flyer below.
