Springville-Griffith Institute is scheduling screenings for children eligible to enter kindergarten in September 2025 at both Springville Elementary School and Colden Elementary School. Parents of children who are residents of Springville-Griffith Institute Central School District and are eligible for kindergarten in September 2025 are asked to complete the form below.
Please return the form to your community’s elementary school by March 31, 2025. To be eligible for kindergarten in September 2025, children must be 5 years old on or before December 1, 2025. Once this form is received and processed, you will receive information about your child’s appointment for screening by the end of April.
If your child will be attending kindergarten at a school other than Colden Elementary or Springville Elementary schools, please contact Kendi Kester at CES (716-592-3217) or Stacy Cobo at SES (716-592-3261). This census information will also help the District allocate the necessary resources for the upcoming school year and clarify each child’s enrollment.
